• Items must be unused, unopened, or gently tested only for inspection; no stains, damage, or alteration.
• Products must be in original packaging with all seals, tags, inserts, and accessories intact.
• Items must not affect secondary sales (as determined by our quality inspection).

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

• Opened or used skincare/health products for hygiene reasons.
• Items damaged by improper use, accident, or modification.
• Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.
• Clearance or final‑sale items (unless defective or wrong item shipped).

1. Contact our support at support@carying.com with your order number, photos of items & packaging.
2. Wait for our approval and return instructions.
3. Send back the package with the provided label.
4. We inspect the items within 3 business days after receipt.

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Processing time varies by payment provider/bank.
• We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

7. Exchange Processing

• We will ship the new item once we receive and inspect your return.
• If the new item is higher priced, you pay the difference; if lower, we refund the difference.

8. Quality Issues & Defects

• Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
• We will arrange free replacement or full refund including all shipping costs, no return conditions required.
